PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

  • After a decade, Beer left Thailand with a suitcase packed with Thai humor, and he spent the following decade leading the team and combining his Thai flair with global expertise across Asia. This won him hearts, minds, and businesses for brands such as adidas, Red Bull, Land Rover, Guinness, Tiger Beer, Nintendo Switch, P&G, and others, earning him over 50 global awards. Now, he has decided to get a new suitcase, hoping to fill it with even more valuable experiences as he collaborates with like-minded individuals at DO.ASIA.

  • Simon is the product of two decades of marketing, agency and digital experience fuelled by a lifelong obsession with big ideas. From the Spirit Of Hong Kong at Cathay Pacific to highly impactful integrated campaigns at Ogilvy, DDB and FCB. From there, digital reinvention and experience design at IBM iX and Cognizant, his work fuses strategy, creativity and tech — turning complex business problems into bold, human-first content and experiences.

Simon has led teams of five to five hundred, launched new products, a start-up or two and reimagined campaigns and digital journeys for telco, auto, public sector, financial services and FMCG.

Always on the move, Simon collects licences like others collect sneakers — car, motorcycle, pilot, boat, and coming next, heavy goods vehicle.

He doesn’t just make ideas work. He makes them matter — and ensures they get there fast.

FOUNDER & GROUP CCO

FOUNDER & GROUP CEO

  • Tom has been working in the creative advertising industry for a loooong twenty-five years. In that time, he has lived and worked in Sydney, India, Dubai, Colombo, Singapore, New York and Amsterdam, and remembers at least 85% of it. Tom has led creative teams in most of those markets and has specialised in behavioural change campaigns across all disciplines. He has won awards at all major advertising shows, and together with Andrew Dowling founded DO. in 2016. It has been a series of highs, lows and a lot in-between ever since, just like his favourite team, the Houston Rockets.

  • After twenty-five years of leading Creative, PR & Digital businesses, Andrew along with his DO Co-Founder Tom Ormes decided it was time they used their experience and expertise to only benefit the clients they work for, rather than the network agencies they were previously employed by. Andrew has led teams across most categories from global FMCG, Tech Companies, Airlines, Automotive and Government Departments. Before DO, Andrew was with Y&R Group ANZ as Group Managing Director of GPY&R, VML & IdeaWorks. Andrew has worked extensively throughout Asia and Australia, leading agencies, teams and senior client relationships. Answers to Sharkie (or Bruce from Finding Nemo).

PARTNER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Before leaving London he had been Executive Creative Director at ELVIS for the last 10 years, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the agency and steering it to major creative acclaim. Under his leadership, the agency earned multiple Cannes Lions, D&AD Pencils, Clios, and Drum Grand Prix awards, alongside recognition for effectiveness and the agency’s achievement of B Corp certification.

  • Paul has close to twenty years’ experience in Advertising. Having started his career at Ogilvy NZ, he then shifted to Saatchi & Saatchi London to lead the Visa business across Eastern Europe and T-Mobile. After a stint at JWT London & Sydney on the HSBC Global and Nestle accounts, he then moved to Y&R Group, working across both the Y&R and VML businesses. In 2014 he was brought into M&C Saatchi to run the newly won IAG Insurance Group and travel site, Wotif.com. He later moved into a leadership role to support the growth of their retail start–up, 1440/M&C Saatchi. Before joining DO, Paul was General Manager at BMF, one of Australia’s best creative Agencies.
