WHAT’S THE PROBLEM?

MTC FutureReady had just completed an entire brand refresh, which not only created a new look, feel and TOV, but a new name and logo too. They needed to launch this new brand across their internal team and Govt stakeholders. At the same time, they needed to build awareness of their services to an external market.

WHAT WE FOUND

They had quite a unique customer base - culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD), many minority communities, such as people with disability, indigenous youth, and those with low literacy levels. With a wide range of different needs, many found a lot of barriers to getting into the workplace.

We went big and created ‘Power Your Potential’. A simple, striking campaign designed to show what real growth looks like through learning new skills, building confidence and opening doors to future careers. But most importantly, we told these stories through real people not actors, who became both the faces and voices of the campaign. It gave the work a genuine authenticity, mirroring the same grounded, human approach MTC FutureReady brings to everything they do.
