MATT COLLIER

FOUNDING PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

  • With two Matt’s at DO SEA, let’s call this one Matt C. Despite his boyish good looks, Matt has been in advertising for over 30 years across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. Over the last 10 years specifically, Matt has been CEO of multi-national agency Y&R in both Vietnam and Indonesia. After a short stint as country manager for on-demand content provider iFlix in Indonesia, Matt joined BBDO Bangkok where he lead and was a transformation agent on the Ford account across half the world (APAC, SEA, ME and SSA) for Omnicom.

    The opportunity to be a founding partner and MD of DO SEA integrating both creative and media under the one roof was too tempting and Matt moved across in mid-2023 to lead the team. Matt has won effies, Agency of the Year across multiple regions/markets and worked on too many Lions winners to count. Matt has a golfing trophy cabinet. It’s mostly empty.

MATT ROBINSON

FOUNDING PARTNER & CCO

  • Matt, also known as Robbo, has 27 years of experience in the world of media investment and marketing, at some of the world’s largest media operations as well as start-ups, with 15 of those spent as either a CTO, COO or CEO. After spending his first 10 professional years in London, Robbo moved to Singapore in 2005 to focus on the APAC region and has since had stints in Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Jakarta and Bangkok, where he currently resides. He has led teams of 3 to 300 with equal levels of comfort and puts his success down to ‘being all about the details’! Outside of work, Robbo can usually be found being made equally frustrated by his ever-worsening golf handicap and the once-great Manchester United football team!

SANDRA HSU

BUSINESS DIRECTOR

  • Sandra started her media career as a one of the first media buyers in Mediacom Philippines when the agency won the Procter & Gamble account. Her digital media exposure kicked off when she moved to Singapore back in 2009. She took on regional roles to plan for APAC markets under OMG, Ogilvy and Upfront Media, a boutique digital media agency where she launched the Effie award winning Aviva campaign.

    With over 17 years of media experience across traditional and digital media, she lives and breathes on excel. Sandra’s love of travel gives her deep insights in understanding how advertising impacts consumers across different cultures. With the combination of all of that and her strategic thinking, Sandra’s campaigns just translate to success. The success of Ambient Digital under her leadership proves that and she’s now just as excited to take the next step of the integrated DO/Ambient SEA agency offering to existing and new clients.

GUADA DELOS REYES

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

  • Guada’s stint in digital advertising started in 2013 with trafficking, optimizing and client facing as a campaign manager for Google. Along with the senior team in Google UK, she pioneered migration of rich media display ads to dynamic remarketing ads.

    Her experiences and people skills has built client’s trust and confidence over the years and she hopes to keep it that way for a long time. With thousands of campaign launches, she has developed extensive digital knowledge and is vital to DO/Ambient’s SEA success.

    Spontaneous road trip is always a good idea on weekends but need to ensure that the destination is pet friendly as she’s not leaving her dogs behind.

BEER POONNOTOK

EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR

  • After a decade, Beer left Thailand with a suitcase packed with Thai humor, and he spent the following decade leading the team and combining his Thai flair with global expertise across Asia. This won him hearts, minds, and businesses for brands such as adidas, Red Bull, Land Rover, Guinness, Tiger Beer, Nintendo Switch, P&G, and others, earning him over 50 global awards. Now, he has decided to get a new suitcase, hoping to fill it with even more valuable experiences as he collaborates with like-minded individuals at DO. SEA.

JOAN DANAS

FINANCE & ADMIN DIRECTOR

  • Joan has nineteen years of working experience in finance. She is responsible for managing all financial activity in the company, leading the annual audit, providing the monthly and annual budget, and management reporting. She believes that hard work, perseverance, consistency, determination and faith in God will lead to success.

MJ CLAMER

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, INFLUENCER MARKETING

  • MJ has been with the advertising industry for 9 years with experience on below-the-line, creative, digital media, and influencer marketing. She has been managing end-to-end KOL campaigns for over 4 years now and has worked on brands across different industries.

    MJ loves socializing and has an active lifestyle. She is doing dragonboat training on weekends, also relaxing and bonding with family and friends, while staying up-to-date with trends in shopping and pop culture.

ANNA SANTOS

AD OPERATIONS MANAGER

  • Anna was born and raised in the Philippines, she graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts major in Advertising at De La Salle Lipa.

    Anna is an experienced Ad Operations Manager with 6+ years of experience in digital advertising. She manages end-to-end campaign operations and worked closely with accounts team resulting in successful campaign delivery and optimization. She is responsible with campaign set up, planning, optimization, reports and rate estimations.

    On her days off from work, she likes to spend time with her dog and binge watch Korean drama.

ANDREA VILASCO

AD OPS LEAD

  • Andrea is a well rounded ad operations lead with more than 6 years of experience. She manages a team and oversees multiple campaign activities including planning, implementation, optimization, inventory management, analytics, budgeting, and rate estimations. She helps provide potential enhancements in ad operation management processes to streamline workflow and optimize campaign costs.

    Having worked in Business Process Outsourcing companies that served different countries, Andrea has developed a deep cultural understanding of how different businesses work. Andrea places an emphasis on client needs in building the company as a trusted partner to provide valuable information, insights, and recommendations.

    Andrea is a fan of the ocean, drawn to its ability to give the feelings of calm and peace. Also a mother to three adorable kids and two cats, she finds happiness in their affection.
